Return from market: Artichokes & Kiwis

It seems the mini chef has taken a long break but in fact she was busy arranging the house and is waiting for her parents’ arrival.

She has also brought some fresh spring vegetables, meat, fishes and fruits from the market. Let’s see some good food for the next!

Have a very nice and lovely week, my friends!

WOWW Paiwen!!! magnificent! the artichokes are my favorite vegetable in real life! I cook them a few times, because they do not like my family, but I love them sliced, rolled in flour, then in beaten egg, then fried! Food of the Gods! :)))
you will put these in your Etsy, is not it?? I hope to see them soon for sale ... ;)
kisses a lot!

Dear ladies, I feel so warm with your encouraging messages. Thank you thank you!

I love a lot of artichokes but in the past I could just enjoy the good taste of marinated ones.
I learnt how to cook artichokes from MyFrenchcuisine two weeks ago. The fresh ones are also very tasty but it takes quite long time to prepare… :P

Hello Caterina, do you have some recipes of artichokes? Your description makes me hungry!!

I have made two listings in my Etsy shop but I am able to dispatch artichokes after 15th Jun due to my personal leave. If some of you are interested, welcome to email me and I must be happy to make any quantity you wish.

Hugs,
Peiwen
