WOWW Paiwen!!! magnificent! the artichokes are my favorite vegetable in real life! I cook them a few times, because they do not like my family, but I love them sliced, rolled in flour, then in beaten egg, then fried! Food of the Gods! :)))

I love a lot of artichokes but in the past I could just enjoy the good taste of marinated ones.
I learnt how to cook artichokes from MyFrenchcuisine two weeks ago. The fresh ones are also very tasty but it takes quite long time to prepare… :P
